Introduction

The Hartford City Parks have something to offer year round. As we enjoy Spring and approach Summer, we are taking a look how our spaces have been used in years past. While we look back at the old, and contemplate our "new normal," some things will be the same: playing, growing, laughing, eating, and making a splash - figuratively or literally. There are preparations, maintenance, and changes. And each year we look forward to this cycle.
